Managers may enter their
rosters in the Dugout.
Rule 9.2 has been updated
to read "Once
the game has started, the umpires have control of the game and shall
decide when a game should be stopped and/or terminated. No inning
however, shall be allowed to start after 2 hours have elapsed from the
actual start time of the game." This change supersedes the hardcopy Rule
Book.
